About the event
Quaresimali Biscotti are a popular Italian favorite. Like many recipes, there are variations over time and from region to region, however there are some consistencies. Many seem to have almonds, cinnamon flavor and lack shortening. They are fairly easy to make and have a good shelf life. Some people enjoy a light toasting after baking.
