About the event
Roasted Eggplant Rollatini with garlic, herbs, and creamy mozzarella
Chicken Rollatini stuffed with tri-color peppers
Pork Rollatini filled with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes
You will assemble your rollatini and pop them in the oven. Your rollatini will bake to golden perfection while Wendy demonstrates two incredible sauces to take your dish to the next level:
Bright & Buttery Lemon White Wine Sauce – A light and silky sauce, bursting with fresh citrus flavor, perfect for the eggplant or chicken rollatini.
Savory Marsala Mushroom Sauce – A rich, earthy sauce with deep Italian flavors that pairs beautifully with the pork rollatini but would be great for the chicken, as well.
